One of my favorite times to shoot is at night. The colors from long exposures are beautiful and worth the effort. My most recent venture was over and through the highways in and around Providence. I hope you enjoy these shots as much as I enjoyed capturing them.

The work week takes you to the weekend, which ends before you even had the chance to enjoy yourself. A snowstorm however, stops the world around you and time slows. Its as if you can see and hear every snowflake individually, and at the same time as a whole.
I enjoy the winter, it is a part of me and I embrace the opportunity to wonder in the cold, swirling air. If you find yourself on a snow day, get outside and see what you can find.
Simple landscapes become timeless in the snow, capture, create, make snow angles, make memories.

If you take the time to find the beaten path, turned abandoned overgrown trail, you will access places that are otherwise, hiding in plain sight. On this occasion I took advantage of a winter afternoon that featured warm sunlight and I set off to wander for a bit.
I encourage you to get out and explore the world around you. You don't have to go far, you will be surprised what you find if you just take the time to look.
